Hi friends need a little help here
I want to create a child company which is not able to see or view any data from the parent company i would create an inter company sales invoice and only the product sold to that company should be visible other products should not be visible and only intercompany purchace order should be visible to that user who uses that company

You can achieve the same using the User Permission.
You need to give only Child Company permission to the users concerned.
For Items also you need to set the user permission, easiest way to handle is create Item group and set the user permission at item group level.

I did that but i want to supply to the child company i want to create inter company invoice that adds that stock to the child company i want the only stock supplied to the child company should be visible to that user
you need to create internal customers and suppliers to achieve same.
