Create A Custom report from different Modules,Doctypes

Hello Guys,
Im tryng to create a report using Report builder, but i would like the report to contain data from different modules and doctypes. Currently i can only create report using data from the selected doctype only, not even the whole module. Is there a way to do this?

Report Builder is used to create the report for single doctype, if you wish to create the report for multiple doctypes you can create the Custom Query Report instead.
