Hi can i make a (Health) separate company(Sub-company) from my main system and assign to it a Company Admin that can create users and control only that company and can not see the other system companies and with specific module (health) only

Possible with managing permissions per company doctype , and you’ll need to check if your accountants want to a seperate COA or share with the main company.
