Create 'Add Item' button in child table

Hello,
I need to have custom doctype whilch has a child table. I want to add a ‘Add Item’ button (to add multiple items) along with the ‘Add new row’ button as we can see in the Sales Order doctype. Is it possible in custom doctype?

i want to remove add row button from child table == purchase order list.
