Create & auto assign selling price list at the time of creation of a new customer

Can someone guide me in my following requirement:

At the time of creating a new customer, I want the following to happen:

  1. Create a new Price List in the name of the Customer.
  2. Assign the price list to the customer automatically.

Is it not possible with a simple custom script upon submission?
