Create button for workspace is not showing!

Hello everyone,

I tried to create a new workspace but the create button is not showing. im logged in as administrator only. still i cant able to create a new workspace.
Can anyone help me with this..

you have to create it from the workspace. itll show on the bottom right

Actually im using frappe 17 : bench version
frappe 17.x.x-develop develop (2810de2)

and its workspace looks diffrent :

here is a edit icon on bottom right but it is only creating a new icon like that framework icon.

Inside that framework :

Here i clicked Build :

And the New button is not showing also there is no edit icon bottom here…

By using This Method I created my own workspace
