'Create' button in Supplier Quotation not working

There are some changes made in the repo (https://github.com/frappe/erpnext) approximately 2 weeks ago. In
erpnext/buying/doctype/supplier_quotation/supplier_quotation.js file because of the changes, the ‘Create’ button for ‘Purchase Order’ & ‘Quotation’ is not working.
Was this intended or is it by mistake?

We ran bench get-app erpnext and the following version was installed
Version 16.0.0-dev
