Create Email notification

Tried to setup a notification, but - missing detailed knowledge - the DocType “HD Ticket Comment” has a relation to the ticket, and so to the (email) of the creator. But I can’t access it when creating the notification. All this wasting time of me and all the supports here could be erased when a full documentation or better even a config surface would exist!

You have actually not said anything for anyone to help. What are you trying to do? What did you do? What errors are you encountering. Some screenshots would help your cause.

Please go to the notification list and create a new notification for your doctype based on some event.
