Create EWay for Stock Entry with Stock entry type as Material Transfer

HI,

I am trying to move stock from one warehouse to another and need to create eway for the same. Currently we have sales order mandatory to create delivery.

I have seen in multiple post that we can create delivery and assign eway based on that but that is not correct.

  • Eway needs to be generated on stock entry with material transfer document
  • If I create delivery then, there is no way to link delivery and stock entry.
    • As sales order is mandatory in my case. I won’t be able to create delivery w/o sales order
    • It looks like a jugaad instead of process.

Can anybody refer me to the documentation for eway with stock transfer from one warehouse to another.

You can create and download custom json file for eway bill

If it is under same GSTIN, e-Waybill is directly supported from Stock Entry.

You can enable it from GST Settings.
