I’m very new even in frontend side . So, my question is how can I create a custom frontend in frappe? Does anybody has some resources? Bassicaly I was trying to do someting but I still get some problems.
If you want to create simple page you can write HTML code directly to www folder like Hussain show on YT. I recommend you to watch all Bootcamp Days if you are new to frappe framework
For Vue/React frontends you might want to check doppio

I saw the first 2 videos but now when I’m trying to integrate frappe-ui on top of tailwindcss in the vue app it doesn’t work. The tutorial is old… Do you have some clear steps to do the configuration of the frappe-ui in a Vue JS app?
I have already linked doppio in the previous comment, doppio will do the hardwork for you including setting up tailwind
