I want when the user connects and goes to create a new Ticket as shown below
to be able to have more options to choose. I would like to be able to choose a ticket type and depending the type it will show different inputs. For example if he selects New Equipment, it will show options to put Name, Product Number, Price and Link. I created Ticket Types, Templates, but i cant find a way to integrate them into the Ticket. For now it is like this and i can’t find a way to change it.
