Is there a way to create Sales Invoice with non-inventory (service) that only sold for one time, I don’t want to create service as item in inventory

In Sales Invoices, Item Code is not mandatory so ERPNext provides a Unique feature like if you don’t want to add an item to Sales Invoice then you can insert an Item Name and then save and submit it. Sales Invoice will create a successfully without inventory or non-inventory Items.
