Create Supplier Quotation through Supplier Portal

I’m working on implementing a supplier portal in ERPNext, and I’m currently facing a challenge in creating supplier quotations through the portal. I’ve set up the portal so that suppliers can log in and interact with the system, but I’m unsure about the steps or APIs required to allow suppliers to submit quotations directly through the portal.
