Creating Multiple Invoice Sales or Sales Order at once

Hello!

I am using the Healthcare module and on each patient encounter I need to create an invoice sales to the patient and another to the health insurance company.

I need to create multiple invoice sales or sales order to different customers at the same time.

Is there a way to do that or to create a custom Doctype the does that?
