Creating Records on another site(server)

Hi! I’m new to Frappe and I need to know whether it is possible to create records from one site to another site.

For example: If I create a Stock Entry and submitted on one site, The items should be updated/moved to the another site(server).

Someone suggested this already but records are showing up in consumer’s site. only because of this we are moving from this. So Is there any other solution for this? @rtdany10
