Critical: System-wide validation error Cannot sell item from Warehouse blocking all Sales Invoices/Orders

Hello everyone,
We are running into a critical, system-wide issue on our instance that has completely halted our commercial operations. The system is universally blocking the submission of any sales transactions (Sales Invoices and Sales Orders) across all items and all warehouses.
Whenever we try to save or submit a sales document, the system terminates the action and throws a hard validation error:
Cannot sell item [Item_Code] from [Warehouse] (e.g., Cannot sell item D26 from Sample Retention Warehouse Stores - GA).
Because this is happening globally for every single product and every warehouse configuration on our site, we suspect this is a backend validation bug or a database schema glitch rather than a localized user setting error.
Steps to Replicate:

Create a new Sales Invoice or Sales Order.

Select any active Customer.

In the Items table, add any active item (verified as “Is Sales Item” in the Item Master).

Assign a Source Warehouse that has confirmed positive physical stock.

Attempt to Save or Submit the document.
Current Behavior:
The system immediately throws the red pop-up validation error stating the item cannot be sold from that warehouse and refuses to commit the document. This happens for standard users as well as the system Administrator.
Expected Behavior:
The document should submit successfully, updating the stock ledgers without obstruction, as there are no active warehouse blocks, user restrictions, or QC holds on these assets.
Troubleshooting Already Completed:
To rule out standard configuration issues, we have already verified:

Item Master: Global verification that items are checked as “Is Sales Item”.

Warehouse Status: Target warehouses are active, normal, and have no restrictive flags or ledger mismatches.

Stock Levels: Stock Balance reports explicitly confirm positive physical quantities in the specified locations.

Cache: Cleared the system cache and reloaded multiple times, but the validation logic remains completely stuck.
Has anyone else encountered this global block recently after a minor update patch, or does anyone know which backend script/validation hook handles this specific warehouse restriction so we can look for a workaround?
