Let’s say I am giving out free shampoo examples to my targeted sales campaign
e.g.
Head & Shoulder Free Samples
- customer A signs up and get free sample
- customer B signs up and get free sample
- customer C signs up and get free sample
- customer D signs up but rejected (no more free samples)
G&G Free Samples
- customer A signs up and get free sample (can the same customer signs up here?)
- customer B signs up and get free sample (can the same customer signs up here?)
- customer E signs up and get free sample
- customer F signs up and rejected (no more free samples)
Can the above used for such scenario?
I do wonder, is free sample considered as lead, opportunity or converted? or the above is not doable with the crm campaign?
