I am new to the group. I downloaded the latest version yesterday.
I was following a post on CRM enhancements that were being discussed in October 2017.
Are the enhancements implemented as part of V 9 ?

No. With the suggestion, we also need to gather the resources like developers and funds to implement these features.

We have decided on a list, but so far there has not been any noteworthy improvements as yet. I don’t code but I help with Quality and am part of the CRM/Email community group - Any more developers out there that wish to help us will be welcomed to help us improve ERPNext for all of us
