CSAT Pop-up Issue in Customer Portal & Ticket Closure in Frappe Helpdesk

  • The CSAT pop-up is not appearing in the customer portal. The CSAT feature works from the Administrator portal when the Admin raises a ticket.

  • However the above pop is not coming in the customer side , if a customer raises the ticket, after the ticket is replied to, the CSAT pop-up doesn’t appear, and the ticket closes permanently without showing the CSAT menu. How to to fix this.?
