Custom app is not visible on desk

Hello,

I created a custom app. Installed it and works fine. But the desk icons are not visible for users except Administrator. But users can search for doctype and access the app. It’s just hidden.

Anybody know why? I’ve checked permission setting etc…still cannot find why…

I’ve checked all roles and user permissions and still stuck… The users can search the module/app…it’s just not appeared on desk.

But if I create new user then the icon does appear…seems it’s hidden for existing users.

What might cause this?
