Custom doc type entry not showing anywhere after deleting company transection

I have created a custom doctype in selling by duplicating quotation module. Also created some entry in that doctype.

When deleted all transactions from company list everything get deleted including those entries. But while deleting an item I can’t delete it beacuse its still linked with that entries

“Cannot delete or cancel because Item Price tag White Sierra-SAND-XXL is linked with Proforma Invoice MPI-00001”

Please help

For This you have to delete all transaction from created custom doctype of that company. after that you can delete company.

How can I delete all transections ? Its not showing up
