Custom doctype entry doesn't appear after deleting all transection

I have created a custom doctype by duplicating quotation . I have made few entries and those were working fine. But After deleting company transection its doesn’t appearing as well in list. But while I have tried deleting an item it shows me that item is linked with one of the entry of that custom doctype. But I couldnt find that doctype anywhere .

Can anyone help please ?

Here is all permissions for that custom doctype:

Also I was accessing from my administrator account. Entries in this doctype doesn’t appear in list. But I can’t delete few items because they were linked with some of previous entries of this doctype.

I have also checked doctype->doctype and I have permission. I can delete from doctype list . But entries remains. and if anything linked with that doctype entry I can’t delete also.

Also while login via ssh I can see the folder still remains in apps->erpnext->sellings->doctypes->proforma invoice

How can I get rid of it ? Please help
