Custom? field in doctype cannot be changed

Hi, I ve just installed ErpNext v11.*, Set developer_mode to 1, but when I log on as administrator and i try to create a custom doctype inside the sales module, the field “Custom?” is cheched by default and won’t let me change it and then doctype folder with .js and .py files are not being genarated on disk for the custom docType.

Any help will be appreciated.

I restarted the bench for second time, and for some reason now it works!
