Custom Forms and email

I figured i should start a new post for this as the last one had a sad titile.

"You can set your custom print format as the default by going to Setup > Customize Form > Select Sales Invoice. In the field 'Default Print Format' set it as your custom print format, and click on Update to save this customization. After refreshing your browser window, you should be able to see your custom print format selected for all sales invoices"

Yes i have done this and it seems to be working, and it looks right when i got to the print view page too all good. However when i click on the email button i only get options for POS, Sales Invoice Classic, Sales Invoice Spartan, Sales Invoice Modern, Standard. I choose standard hoping i get my custom format, but i DO NOT get my custom invoice.

PS i know i have asked a bunch of times call me old school, but i would like a copy of exactly what the customer recieves in my inbox at least until I get this all running smoothly. I think at one time someone told me about a communication/history section that shows everything that happed with item including when it was emailed and what it looked like, but i cannot for the life of me find it.

Ok i found the communication area it is within the customer detais, makes my worklflow a bit clumsy i have posted a feature request for being able to click on a customer from with the invoices/other frorms pages. Otherwise ti is a bunch of clicks home selling customers the i forget what i was doing duh much nicer to cleck on the customer right from within the invoice page.

Anyways the comminication states when i sent the email but no record i need to see either a cc in my inbox or an exact copy of what get sent to client in the communication tab, or even better both please read below for the rest of my infos about this

Hi Ryan,

As you said, just do: lib/wnf.py --update origin master

You don't need any configuration. After update, click on Tools > Clear Cache & Refresh to reflect the changes in the browser.

thanks,
Anand.
