so i have 2 roles, agent and supervisor, complaint is my doctype which contains two users field, reporter and assigned_to,my goal is that the agent sees complaints where he is the reporter(it’s not always created by him it can be created by a guest),and supervisors get a list of complaints where active user=assigned_to, and a list of all complaints, any guidance on how to do it ? thanks in advance
