you can make this by adding your page in Desktop Icon doctype
the Type should be Page and in the Link write same Page name
P.S. if you didn’t find the Desktop Icon, then you need to take permission on this doctype by removing the tick from
- User Cannot Search
- User Cannot Create
Add it then Reload
