Custom Print Format PDF Error

I created a custom print format, and when I select its PDF, thermal paper appears by default. So I can’t get the complete PDF in thermal paper (Missing the content).
Below is the screenshot of PDF.

There is no option to select the paper type (A4).
Please Help

@PRaful_9898 Please make sure that version of wkhtmltopdf is updated.
Correct version : wkhtmltopdf 0.12.x (with patched qt).
