I am new to erpnext and trying it in development environment. Currently we are using hubspot CRM, quickbooks and freedcamp, and looking to migrate to ERPnext. I am trying to customize sales funnel by editing opportunity form and lead forms. Following is use case:
Qualified To buy
Decision maker bought in
Lead Type (I renamed it to lead life cycle)
I done all changes in customize forms option and looking for changes in workflows. I didn’t found any workflows for it for e.g. before making changes when I create opportunity for lead, the lead status change automatically to opportunity.
Now system started to generate errors when I select any status of lead or opportunity.
Any one tried it before to customize sales funnel?
