Hi, is it possible to add or edit the status for Task doctype?
because when i try to change the status there is an error stating:
Row #4: Status cannot be “Drafting”. It should be one of “Open”, “Working”, “Pending Review”, “Overdue”, “Closed”, “Cancelled”

yes you can @SmoothPlay just goto workflow list create a new workflow there you can add as per requirments if you dont know how its done let me know i will guide you

Actually, I want to know something else, if it’s possible to add a custom status to a task. Example, Status: Approved.
It gives me an error saying that I can’t edit the “Options” of the Status Field.
