Custom taxes and charges not appearing in invoice print

Hi,

the sales taxes and charges are not appearing in “Sales Taxes and Charges” and not also in “Taxes and Charges”, only the amount is avalable in “Total Taxes and Charges”

The same is in the invoice docuemnt itself, in the table is not shown, here are screenshots from the invoice docuemnt and print:

There was a bug in migration. @nabinhait is on it.
