Custom Translation is not working in v10.1.23

My versions are latest

Installed Apps
ERPNext: v10.1.23 (master)
Frappe Framework: v10.1.23 (master)

My user language is set to en-US

I go to “New translation” and set

Language : en-US
Source Text: orange
Translated Text : apple

In console (F12) I type __(“orange”) it returns orange and NOT apple.

It appears due to some recent fixes translation may be broken? Or i may be missing something? Can some one help! Thanks

Above mentioned is NOT an issue. cache needs to be cleared for translation to take impact.
