Customer Address not creating from Quick Entry Form

Dear Community,

I have implemented ERPNext v14.12.1

When creating a customer from the quick entry form. The customer record is created, contact is also created with the primary contact filled.
But the address that was entered does not get created.

Thanks so much for the reply…
We do have another V14 environment which is 14.18.3 in that address creation works fine.

But we just realize that in this particular version the same does not happen.

Further investigation shows that the data in the address field does not get passed through.

Any Idea.
