Hi everyone, Customer details section 'Ref Code' why it's mandatory in item? after create sales order it is not update , what's this purpose pls any one tell me.....
Ref Code :- A customer can identify this item with a different number. You can track Item Code assigned by the Customer for this Item. When you create a Sales Order, the Customer’s Reference Code for this Item will be shown.

yeah i read user manual but after create sales order ref code not fetch from item. Ref code enter manually?
I struggled here pls tell anyone…
1] Go to customize form.
2] Select Sales Order Item.
3] You can see Customer Item Code Field .
4] If you scroll down then the field is hidden . So just uncheck and update doctype.
