How can I delete a Customer Group that has group nodes?
Move the group nodes to other group and then delete the empty group. Or delete every node one by one.
This is what I can think of as your question seems incomplete. Do you want to delete all the group node under that customer group?
AFAIK if you delete the customer group the nodes under it will move to other parent or you might not be able to delete the group only.
