I am trying to Import Customer Master via Data Import → Customer Doctype–> CSV Template (All Fields)
Using the template provided I have added a new customer entry.
Added the majorly needed customer information, including
Customer Primary Address
Customer Primary Contact
along with address,email, phone fields
When the import is completed. A Contact Master entry is created but address master is not created.
–The Address can be seen in the Customer Master, but not as a linked Address. (see pic)
– Address master is not auto created.
– The Contact Details can be seen in the Customer Master, as a linked Contact, i.e Contact Master is created.
I was expecting the Address Master to be created and linked during this import just the way Contact is linked.
What is the correct approach to import Customer Master so that linked masters are also created automatically, specifically Address in this case
