I installed the Frappe Helpdesk application in developer mode on my laptop. In the Helpdesk Portal, I can see the Agent and Customer roles in the sidebar, but the Customer role is missing from the role list in Desk. As a result, I manually created the Customer role and assigned it to a new user.
I have added fields to the HD Ticket template Doctype, and these fields are visible in the Admin Helpdesk console. However, they are not displaying properly for the Customer role.
Could this issue be due to my manual creation of the Customer role? Why is the Customer role not available in the role list by default? In the attached image I manually created the customer role.! Not available in default.?
