I don’t know if this is a bug, but “Customers not buying since long time” is terrible english, would it be possible to change the name of this?
Can you please suggest some alternative phrase?

“Inactive Customers” comes to mind, thats the best I can think of at the moment.

I’m sure your input would have reached Frappe core team. Now its upto them to take a call 
If you are using a hosted version then I think you need to wait OR if you using self hosted version then you may try to modify the required file. Please modify at your own risk.
