Customisation Form not loading data

Hi all, I’m having an issue when trying to update a custom field in Customize Form. The form doesn’t seem to be working properly. Has anyone come across this before or knows how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

1. Tried Customer → Customise Form
   Form shows nothing

   

2. Tried fill in Enter Form Type
   Form shows more, but with no data

   

3. Tried updating the field directly from Custom Field, however the update is not showing (I changed a label of a field to test).

4. Tried Docker Bench-Restart, problem still persists.

just refresh the doctype page and you see all field in form section.

I can see the standard fields on the DocType page, but when I open Customize Form, nothing shows up on the form page.

Refreshing the DocType page unfortunately doesn’t fix it for me. Is there any specific way I should be refreshing it?

Go to the doctype you want to customize, then click on the three dots (… ) icon in the top-right corner and select the Customize option. This will work.

I’ve tried that too, but there’s nothing showing up in the Customise Form.

Step1: Go to Customer Doctype & Click Customise Form

Step2: … Nothing shows up in form. None either when I fill in form type.
