Customise Purchase Order Items Download CSV Columns/Info?

Hello,

The Download option below the Purchase Order Items child table lets you download the details but does include Everything.

Is there a way to customise the fields that are exported to just a few that are needed? Also could fields from the main Purchase Order, i.e. supplier, quote etc., be included?
