Customise Timepicker - Remove Seconds?

Is it possible to customise the timepicker on the time field type, to remove the seconds option and remove it from display?

Open System Settings > Time Format > Select HH:mm instead of HH:mm:ss

Now onwards you will see time picker with only hours and minute
