Customising ERPNext VM

Hi, I am using ERPNext 14.8.0. I downloaded the ova file and now trying to customise it. I want to change few things;

  1. remove default users in ubuntu and create my own username and apssword
  2. change the default port of the portal
  3. change the default site name to a proper domain name I want to use
  4. Add individual modules to ERPNext as it has only 2 modules by default.
    Please help!
