Customization of Quotation

I developed customs field and linked with Employees but I’m unable to fetch the data. Could you guide more like if I select an employees then I need to print that employee cell number and email on quotation and how could I fetch that data? Our objectivity is select and print any concerned employee details for contact on quotation.

We have different sales employees and we want to mention sales employee contact on quotation so that customer can contact to their concerned salesperson.
