Customize Events Calendar

Hi, I am trying to add a default field’s value to default calendar view, but it doesn’t work.
I have totally modified the events by adding custom fields, and want one of the field “hall_no” to appear on the calendar.

hall_no is SELECT type, and there are 3 options.
1- Hall A
2- Hall B
3- Hall A + B

Some Details:

1 - I want to remove the time from the color strip, and add start_on (label = Booking Date), and hall_no’s value.
2- And I would like to add default colors to the hall_no’s values.

I am new to the customization, and would appreciate the step by step guide.
