Customize Task Page Template

We wanted to change Task and Project page template in our custom app. Is there any way to make such customization in a custom app?

We do not want to make any changes to ERPNext core files.

By this way are we able to change page template or structure?

Instead of default task page we want to open our new task page, is it possible?
