Customize Third Party Authentication in User Doc type as per specific user

Can we remove selective fields from the user doctype as per specific users whenever he comes in the form of “My settings” he should not be able to view the Third Party Authentication or API access.

Thank You for your reply, but the issue is its core doctype and I m working on a live instance, so I can not change it or save it. Moreover, I had not even given any permission still showing up.
