I’m looking for insights on customizing the leave management system in ERPNext. Our organization wants to shift from a yearly to a quarterly leave allocation system and incorporate different leave policies for employees on their probation period. Here’s what we’re aiming to achieve:
- Transition leave allocation from an annual to a quarterly basis.
- Implement a different leave policy for employees during their probation period, including leave calculation and reallocation of unused leaves.
The challenge is integrating these requirements into ERPNext, considering its default setup for annual leave management.
