Customizing projects based on need

Hi,

I want this functionality in project form:

  1. If my sales user select the “Digital Marketing” project in the Project type, a form should appear in the drop-down which has to be pre-defined where my sales user fills out the form so that my production team works on the requirement easily.

How to get it done? I really do not understand.

You have to build customization for this, custom script or custom app will do, what have you tried thus far? So someone can know where to help from
