Dark Mode For v12

Hi All,
What must one do to have a dark mode for the V12 Desk UI? Where to start?
I was thinking it would be nice feature to compliment the new interface, like a dark and black mode which can be set in the profile settings.

Apparently as of 2020 this theme breaks even a fresh version of erpnext
