Dashboard in Frappe Helpdesk

Frappe Helpdesk now has inbuilt dashboard. Now you can track:

  • Ticket load and trends over time
  • SLA performance (fulfilled vs failed)
  • Breakup by team, priority, type, and source
  • Filters for specific teams, agents and period

We are also in the process of revamping the agent and customer profiles to include more stats and information. Do try the dashboards feature out and give us feedback!
