Data loaded not reflected in P&L Statement

I loaded historic transaction data (jan 2017) via Payment entry form. I can see the data in General Ledger but when I look in PL statement the value is not reflected. I

Hi Arun,
Thank you for responding. I see the numbers in General ledger and receivables report. However the Total net profit did not change. I can send screenshot later but I don’t think it has any significance here.

Please find PL report. Net Profit/Loss should change when a Revenue/Expense is loaded into the system.
